Welcome to Zurel. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zurel mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Zurel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Zurel is a tattoo-themed image generation tool that allows users to select tattoo styles provided by the platform, upload their own photos, and generate new images that simulate tattoo designs on the uploaded image.

1. Eligibility

Zurel is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to access or use the application.

2. Use of the Service

Zurel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose

• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access the underlying systems of the application

3. User Content

When using Zurel, you may upload images (“User Content”) to generate tattoo-style images. You retain ownership of any images you upload. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant Zurel a limited license to process, modify, and generate images from the content solely for the purpose of providing the app’s functionality.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content you upload or have permission to use it

• Your content does not violate any laws or the rights of third parties

• Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material

Zurel reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

4. Generated Content

Images generated by the app are created automatically based on user input and selected tattoo styles. These generated images are for entertainment and visualization purposes only and do not represent real tattoo results.

Users are responsible for how they use or share generated images.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Zurel platform, including but not limited to tattoo style templates, application design, logos, software, and features, is owned by or licensed to Zurel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform content without prior permission.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the app at any time without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zurel makes no warranties or representations regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zurel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of data, images, or other content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the application in a manner that may cause harm to the platform or other users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will be revised. Continued use of the Service after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
